Previously, data was only assigned to the team that completed the service, without considering the time and involvement of other teams. With this update, metrics such as total service time and waiting time are recorded individually for each team, allowing for more accurate analysis of the productivity and efficiency of each step of the process.
GOgenier component integrated with AI curation report: Now, it is possible to generate a curation report with the history of services performed by the AI agents.
