• New variable in REST: It is now possible to capture specific data contained in the response header in integrations via REST. We have added a new environment variable that allows you to extract this information easily and use it in other requests. See the documentation to learn more.
• Webhook: We have added the functionality to record and send the agents' IP and the platform used (app, web or API) in login and logout events via the webhook. Now, whenever an agent logs in or logs out, the IP and the login origin will be included in the information sent by the webhook.
• Queue Position: Now, your customers can be automatically informed about their position in the queue! With this new automation, the position in the queue will be sent to the customer during the service, keeping them informed about their progress in the queue.
