  • New Pause Type: Continue Answering: A new pause type called "Continue Answering" has been implemented. With this functionality, agents will be able to pause without interrupting ongoing calls. They will be able to continue interacting with already active contacts and making active contacts, but will not receive new services in the waiting list while they are paused. The distribution rule remains unchanged, ensuring that paused agents are not assigned to new contacts.
