- Integration of Generative AI with TTS in the flow: TTS (Text to Speech) functionality was added to the service component. With this integration, agents can respond to customers using audio messages, in addition to text options, audio with transcription and responses adapted to the type of message sent by the customer. The feature is optional and can be enabled as needed.
